We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the tags are still attached and the leather shows no signs of use.

Yes, we offer a 30-day manufacturer's warranty against defects. Please note that normal wear and tear from regular play is not covered under this policy.
