At BRUCE BOLT, we stand behind the quality of our premium batting gloves and gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked and protected during transit.
Pack and Ship
Place your unused items back in their original BRUCE BOLT packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
